Yes, you can! On all of our games and events, we offer a Hire Kit package at a rate of £10 on top of the standard rate of the ticket.
Included in the Hire Kit Package will be the following:A Weapon
1 Magazine with BBs
Eye Protection (MUST be worn at all times outside safe zone)
Face-guard (18+ optional / Under 18s must wear)
When pre-ordering a ticket, a selection box asks if you need a Hire Kit Package. You must select one of the two following options to proceed;
"Yes" - There will be a +£10.00 add-on charge to your ticket price.
“No” - There will be no extra charge.
If you need a hire kit package, we would highly recommend pre-ordering a ticket so that we can guarantee to pre-allocate gear for your experience.
We may not always be able to guarantee Hire Kit Packages to walk-on customers if we have already allocated all of our gear to other players.
EVENT AND TICKET INFORMATION

Unless otherwise advertised, our game tickets will be priced as;
Online Ticket Pre-order - £25
Pay at the gate - £28
Other events, such as weekenders or MILSIMs do not apply to this base price and prices can vary.
As these events are set on a per-event basis, we cannot advise on a price until the ticket is live.

We schedule ticket items for our next event at on this page and rotate them after the current one ends.
Big Weekend events like the England V Wales may be an exception if we need to promote the sale for a longer period.
We need at least 8 tickets to sell for an event to take place. If an event is cancelled, please see our Refund Policy.
Tickets become unavailable from the website at 12:00pm on the day before an event date. Payment at the gate is accepted after this time, depending on the event.
Need to know information
As per our insurance policy, we cannot admit any person(s) under the age of 12 years old to attend either of our sites.
All players must wear eye-protection at all times outside of the designated safe area.
Any players under the age of 18 must wear a face-guard.
Players over the age of 18 can choose at their own discretion whether to wear a guard or not.
The All Wales Event and The National England V Wales Event are 2 separate events and never take place on the same weekend, but all of our rules listed here are apply to these events as well. The games will begin as promptly as possible in the morning.
The site for the England v Wales opens on a Friday at 5pm.
The site for the All Wales Event opens on a Saturday at 5pm.
Ammunition requirements
These are our chronograph test requirements that all players must adhere to with any guns that are used on site or brought to the site by visiting players.
All weapons must be tested with a chronograph before gameplay. Our chronograph measurement standards are listed to the left. Here is our top-to-bottom listed format;
heaviest allowed weight = slowest relative FPS speed
lightest tested weight = fastest relative FPS speed
Remember, any gun can be checked in game by site marshals at any time.
If you are using incorrect ammunition, you’ll be removed from the game to change it or leave the weapon(s) in the safe zone.
You can use unlimited ammunition during games, and we’ll have some available for purchase.

Vehicles
The speed limit on our site is restricted to a maximum of 5 mph for both entering the site and the parking area.
All vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.
Mid Wales Airsoft does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused.
Camping and stalls
GENERAL NOTES
We have a field available for camping on site.
Campfires and barbecues are not allowed in the camping areas for health and safety reasons. There will be a barbecue area shown to you on arrival.
Toilet facilities are available in the safe zones, with stalls near the camping area.
The safe zones have electricity for charging mobile phones and weapon batteries. Please label your batteries and bring your own chargers to avoid theft.
The safe zones have a Tuck Shop for snacks and an On-Site Store for accessories.
The Mid Wales Airsoft site for the England v Wales event has 2 safe zones;
Safe Zone 1 is located down at the gaming area, which also has toilets, electricity for charging, barbecue area and tuck shop.
This area is out of bounds at night, and marshals will always be present to direct you back to Safe Zone 2.
Safe Zone 2 is for camping, barbecues, stalls, toilets, a food van, bar and evening social gatherings.
CAMP SITE RULES
Tents must be a minimum of four meters apart due to fire safety regulations.
Put all litter in the bins bags provided.
No shooting in the camping area - you will be asked to leave the event immediately if caught.
All guns must be stored in the boot of your car or safely packed away in your tent during the evening hours.
Please think of others when returning to your tent late at night and keep the noise down.
Do as instructed by the security staff or event marshals at all times.
the BEHAVIOUR act
Alcohol / Drugs
Only prescription drugs are the only ones allowed on our sites.
We reserve the right to ask to see a prescription.
If you’re found under the influence or with illegal drugs, you’ll be removed from the site and banned from future games.
Nitrous Oxide is included in this ban.
We allow alcohol at social gatherings in the evenings, but please be considerate of others.
If you’re intoxicated before a game, you can’t play.
The police may be informed of any illegal substances found in your possession.
forms of Abuse
We do not tolerate abusive treatment of any players, guests or staff members in any form including verbally, physically or racially.
If we receive serious accusations of abuse, the individual in question may be banned from Mid Wales Airsoft for life.
Violence and profanity are unacceptable, as children may be present.
refund policy
event cancellation
If a regular game day event is cancelled, we’ll first contact the ticket buyer to offer a rollover.
Mid Wales Airsoft only uses the contact details on the invoice from a website purchase.
To rollover, there are conditions:
It’s only available for the next immediate game day.
We’ll send a coupon code to the buyer to order a ticket for the next event at no cost.
This is just for us to record numbers for the event.
If the buyer can’t attend, we will then issue a refund.
If the buyer prefers a refund immediately, a team member with access to our online portal will arrange it by the end of the day.
The buyer will receive an email about the refund, which could take 5 business days.
If we cancel a weekend event, we will refund the entire event.
Customer no-show
Mid Wales Airsoft will only refund a ticket with a minimum 48 hrs notice before the event - less than 48 hours notice will NOT be refunded.
If you do not attend an event, Mid Wales Airsoft will not refund your purchase, or refund anyone on your behalf.
If there are exceptional circumstances please contact a member of the management.
Safeguarding
Mid Wales Airsoft is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We adopt the definition of child protection as part of safeguarding and promoting welfare, as outlined in the Children Act 2004 and the Department for Education’s ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children’ guidance document.
The welfare and interests of children are paramount, and all staff must be aware of their responsibilities in this regard. We maintain a proper focus on safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults, reflected in our individual practice and internal policies and guidance.
As part of our safeguarding policy, we promote and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
We will ensure that we work jointly with others to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. We acknowledge that some children, including disabled children and young people or those from ethnic minority communities, can be particularly vulnerable to abuse and accept the responsibility to take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure their welfare.
We ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in safeguarding and provides them with appropriate opportunities to recognise, identify, and respond to signs of abuse, neglect, and other safeguarding concerns;
Ensure appropriate action is taken in the event of abuse incidents and provide support to those who raise or disclose concerns.
Maintain confidential, detailed, and accurate records of all safeguarding concerns and securely store them.
Prevent unsuitable individuals from being employed or deployed. Implement robust safeguarding arrangements and procedures.
Listen and be responsive to the diverse needs of young people and their families, recognising that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.
Consider the interests and well-being of young people in all activities and respect their rights, wishes, and feelings.
Take reasonable steps to protect them from harm and promote their welfare within a trusting relationship.
code of conduct
To give positive guidance, the Code of Conduct sets out for all staff to adhere to parents/guardians/carers are made aware of the Code of Conduct and our child protection policy.
The organisation will promote the policy and procedures, which are mandatory for everyone involved in Mid Wales Airsoft.
Non-compliance will be addressed promptly, potentially leading to dismissal or exclusion.
The policy will be reviewed annually, or when there are changes from the following;
legislation,
government guidance,
local authorities,
CQC,
Ofsted guidance.

Do keep to this code at all times.
Do set an example for others to follow.
Do treat all young people equally – do not show favouritism.
Do plan activities that involve more than one other person being present, or at least within sight and hearing of others.
Do avoid unacceptable situations within a relationship of trust, e.g. a sexual relationship with a young person even one who is over the age of consent.
Do allow young people to talk about any concerns they may have.
Do encourage others to challenge attitudes or behaviours they do not like.
Do make everyone (young people, parents and carers, and other helpers) aware of our safeguarding arrangements.
Do remember this code at sensitive moments, e.g. when helping someone who has been bullied, bereaved or abused.
Do tell other staff where you are and what you are doing.
Do remember someone else might misinterpret your actions, even if you mean well.
Do take any allegations or concerns of abuse seriously and refer them to the Management of Mid Wales Airsoft immediately.

Do not trivialise abuse.
Do not form a relationship with a young person that is an abuse of trust, e.g. contacting a young person’s through personal accounts directly when not business-related.
Do not drink alcohol when you are directly responsible for young people.
Do not take part in inappropriate behaviour or contact, whether physical, verbal or sexual.
Do not make suggestive remarks or threats to a young person, even in fun.
Do not use inappropriate language when writing, phoning, emailing or using the internet.
Do not let allegations, suspicions, or concerns about abuse go unreported.
United Kingdom Airsoft Retail Associtaion
As stated on the official UKARA website; (Click here to go to the UKARA website)
Player registration is free, to become a registered airsoft player you are required to take part in three games at the same UKARA registered game site over a minimum of two months, e.g. the third game being 56 days or more after the first.
You must be over 18 years of age, live within the UK and able to provide identification such as Passport, Drivers License or Bank Statement.
Mid Wales Airsoft has registered both sites with the UKARA database and can provide UKARA memberships to players who meet the criteria.
UKARA memberships are available through our Team Memberships, which can be purchased on our website. If you purchase a Mid Wales Airsoft Membership but are not eligible for a UKARA membership, we’ll track your progress and notify you when you’re eligible to register in the database.
Weather-dependant response
COLD WEATHER
This policy focuses on our actions in cold weather. Rural and exposed areas, like high ground, tend to be colder than urban areas. Mid Wales Airsoft is located in rural, elevated areas, making it more susceptible to severe weather than urban airsoft sites.
Cold temperatures may cause health issues earlier at Mid Wales Airsoft than in urban areas. During cold game days, marshals will monitor players. Anyone showing signs of cold will be returned to the safe zone for assessment and given a warm drink.
Multiple players becoming cold will mean the game will be called to an end and all players will be returned to the safe zone, and the game day will be evaluated as to being continued.
People most at risk during cold weather most likely have chronic and severe illness, including, but not limited to:
heart conditions
circulatory disease
asthma
COPD
depression and anxiety
diabetes
arthritis
Vulnerable people may struggle to care for themselves during cold weather. Marshals will know all vulnerable people on site during a game day and follow our safeguarding policy to ensure everyone, including vulnerable people, receives duty of care.
If a game day becomes very cold, it may be cancelled at any time during the day. During winter, the Met Office may issue early weather warnings for adverse weather conditions, which could lead to games being cancelled before the game day, at our discretion.
HOT Weather
All marshals must read this hot weather policy in the event of extreme heat and sun.
Always carry water.
Be able to take a player to a water point on site for bottled water.
Bottled water at drop-off points and with marshals is free. It’s a duty of care to look after players in hot weather.
Carry a rolled-up cold damp flannel (wrapped in a plastic pouch) in case a player overheats.
Training will be given on using the flannel and removing players to the safety zone.
Have radios with good battery life during hot weather for first aid or other help.
Please make note of this diagram, there is a difference between heat stroke and heat exhaustion. Heat exhaustion is easily treatable if caught in time.
Marshals will need to keep an eye on players more than usual as to check for all of the signs in both senarios (heatstroke and heat exhaustion).
If a player is suffering from either of the above;
Please sit them down out of direct sunlight, and out of the way of any direct fire fights in game.
Loosen clothing and/or remove jackets or long sleeved tops.
Place cool flannel that you are carrying with you on the back of their neck, then give them a drink of water.
You can alternate the flannel between the forehead and the back of the neck.
When the player has recovered enough escort them back to the safe zone where they can be assessed and given further treatment.
If a player needs assistance to get to the safe zone, we will contact Tim, our head marshal, so we can get the emergency vehicle to that player and get them back for further treatment.
There will be fans in the safe zone for players to cool down.
Refrigerated drinks are available to purchase at the tuck shop.
There will be bottled water placed in a small container with cold water to keep them cool for everyone to help themselves
These and the bottled water around site is free of charge.
We try to hold shorter games during the hottest part of the day, with regular visits back to the safe zone for rest and rehydration which we hope will help players and marshals cut down over heating.
Sunscreen is available on site for marshals and players if anyone hasn't got their own - staff must check for allergies first.
If a player or a marshal has an allergy to any ingredient(s) then they won’t be able to have any applied. The person will need to find themselves a suitable alternative.
Further advice in this case would be to make sure they are adequately covered over whilst outside.
There is also after sun available if needed at the end of the game day.
